Our client, a rapidly growing IT-company, in connection with the expansion offers to take part in the competition for the position of “Chief Operating Officer”.
Field of activity: affiliate marketing, e-commerce.
Main responsibilities:
Given the rapid growth of the company in a short time, the systematization of operating activities is necessary:
- development of work procedures and standards
- company structure development
- development and implementation of business process maps of divisions and the company as a whole
- development and implementation of a task scheduling system, monitoring their implementation
- participation in key processes to achieve the targets for revenue growth and company profitability
Primary requirements:
- Willing to relocate
- Higher education
- Understanding of IT solution development processes for business problems
- Understanding the goals and objectives of the business, ROI, LTV
- Experience with flexible methodologies SCRUM / Kanban
- Successful experience in the operational management of the IT segment, project
- Skill and experience in implementing procedures and systematization of processes
- Orientation to result, consistency, presence of leadership qualities
