Our client, an international company, a manufacturer of sheet materials based on wood, offers to take part in the competition for the position of “Personnel Manager in Volyn Region”.

Responsibilities:
- Formation of a profile of vacancies, placement in social networks;
- Search and selection of personnel;
- Adaptation: development of adaptation plans, points of control, interaction with linear ones
managers and the final decision on the passage of an IP employee; - Organization of staff training;
- Reporting.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level;
- Knowledge of personnel records management;
- Knowledge of 1C 7 and 8 (personnel module) will be an advantage.
