Our client, an international company, producers of sheet materials on the basis of wood, is announcing the vacant position of “Chief Accountant”.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- organization and management of the accounting department in a multinational European company.
- tax accounting, preparation of tax declarations
- communication with tax authorities, representation of the company interests during the audits
- preparation and submission of accounting and tax reporting in accordance with Ukrainian law
- participation in the preparation of management reporting under Ukrainian standards and IFRS
- control of compliance of the accounting processes with Accounting Policy.
- preparation of other financial reports at the management’s request
Requirements:
- higher education in finance/accounting and/or economics
- 3+ years of experience in the position of Chief Accountant in the production company
- strong accounting background – a profound knowledge of 1C and production cost calculation, accounting of fixed assets and construction in progress
- international qualifications (ACCA, CIMA) will be an advantage
- upper-intermediate level of English is a must
- ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills
- strong management skills
- relocation to Volyn Region
